Talk:Optima Battery

Be careful if you use this method to secure your new optima. After wheeling with mine in this exact configuration(optima red top, optima spacer and stock hold down), the stock hold down could not contain the movement of the battery. The positive post hit the hold down strap, shorting the battery and melting all of my ground wires.
