Default '00 SR5 3.4L manual 4X

My truck started out as a commuter/DD...
:had no time to wheel anyhow:

I began my build without the benefit of this site or any other...
:had I known what info was out there... I'd have wanted to SAS from the beginning:

Front and Rear Suspension...

I went with Fabtech 2.5 CO's... I was looking at the Hoes as well... but got these somewhat cheaper (but new)... they have held up so I'm good with that... I also went with the Bilstien 5125's out back... Had to do a little spacing on the rear shocks to avoid hitting the springs...

Edited...
The Fabtechs were recently changed out to a set of Donahoe's... no real reason... I just had them laying around...

More on the rear shock spacers Here

Deaver leaf paks...

I initially had a add-a-leaf in the rear but quickly replaced those with some Deaver 8lf paks... After some serious flex and some tuff trails... the U-Brackets on both sides on the leading edge popped off and I had to pull the paks apart and do a little fixin'

More on that Here

Lest not forget the riser for the proportioning valve...

Body Armor...
:being that All-Pro is only two blocks from my house had something to do with this decision... I'm guessing... LOL:

I chose to go with the All-Pro stuff... All-Pro also asked to use my truck to pre-fit their tubed winch bumper to my 2nd generation truck for development reasons... I oblidged... it was required to remove 3" from the frame horn to fit this... Saved me the trouble of doing it myself... Now my front is really the same as the 1st and 3rd generation trucks up front... I cut up the stock tupperware and made a top filler plate and used the surounding plastic and the oem turn signals... Four Hella 500's were thrown on as a limited budget thing... Not to mention the Hoop is too damn short for any substantial sized light...
:more on that a little further down:

AP Bumper Revisions...

I later modded the front bumper with a taller hoop and 4 LightForce 170 Strikers... this was done after the addition of a body lift...

More on that Here

Undercarrige...

Also added the AP front skid and secondary skid reaching back to the trans crossmember...

More on that Here

built this bolt on T Case skid w/crossmember... Here

AP sliders...

AP rear bumper...

this was modified shortly after the purchase to give it better towing ability...

More on that Here

Modified the spare tire supports as well...

Added a 4Crawler 1"BL and Energy Suspension body mounts...

More on that Here

Added a Warn M8... with MasterPull Synthetic

HiLift... CO2 and Masterpull Superline rope...

Swapped out the exhaust to a FM 40 mounted vertical...

I also set the truck up with dual batteries...

RedTop "R" as the starter and a group 34 Yellow Top for Aux.
I'm running a SurePower Isolator...

More on that Here

Also did some rock lights... 8 total... added some flying rock protection...

More on that Here

Got tired of the hood fluttering...

and my year didn't have the thing that was later added to new models... so I made my own... seems to do the job...

Some D-rings added to the AP front bumper...

Some odd ball shit...

ATS Fender Flares...

front License plate bracket and rear license plate light for the All-Pro rear bumper...

More on that Here
