ThE iFs was 2nd gen truck style
It has 1-1/2" 4crawler balljoint spacers
alll new upper & lower balljoints
new complete tie rods
recall replaced steering relay rod
good cv axles Just need new inner boots
I was suprised how strong the axles were
The front diff is toothless but the carrier and case are fine
and 3 pucks of diff drop spacers
anyone interested..let me know
The axle swap will be a dana 44/chevy 10 bolt, right diff from an 85 chevy K5 blazer
with 2.5" lift leaf springs
nothing wild....just gonna build strong and durable
I still want it to be a dd.

It had good ride, great flex...it just tore up the Idler arm(s)= (bent)
the only drawback to that style Ifs,
and it looked crazy when going over bumps when driving on the road
You have rack-n-pinion steer so you wont have that issue..
It was great for light trail running and worked for what it was.
I used a tundra add-a-leaf for the rear and trimmed about 4" from the front part of the spring
If you need help on the lift/anything , give me a pm
long travel and a bobbed bed makes a Fun ride out of a T100

Parts For SAS
Dana 44/10 bolt front axle housing (85 k5 blazer)
I'm going with 47" front springs with 2.5" lift,
and using the Reciever hitch for the front spring hangers..
It will retain the hitch for a winch/recovery point
4:56 gears front and rear with open front (for now)
and the Richmond locker rear.
..gears will be here next week sometime
I'm hoping to get spring mounts fabbed up and installed
I've used my $1000.00 mad money for know and need to sell the Ifs stuff
and other things to further fund the SAS

I'm gonna keep searching for a Crossover right steering knuckle
there is no escaping the heat right now, so I will surf the net to find the knuckle..
Anyone with any link to a "crossover" steering right knuckle
Lemme know i still have'nt reached my "credit Limit" on the K/P
I wanna have The front axle "rolling" ready before I cut the IFS and figure out what I might have forgot
I'm shooting to have it done Sept. 1st
