First off I'm not going to flame to much but you really need to use the search function. Come on bro, this topic has been covered so many times. So why not try it out first.

oh by the way check out 4crawler.com.

This. He can make you a 1" no problem.

Daystar makes poly body mounts with a 1" lift built in. I haven't tried them, but it sounds like a decent idea.

Okay so heres the deal.....A couple years ago I had a 2002 Tacoma SINGLE CAB and bought a 3 inch body lift for it that I never installed. Now I have a 2002 FOUR DOOR tacoma. Will this body lift work? I am assuming not because I will be missing pieces right? I originally wanted a 1 inch but can the 3 inch spacers be cut down? Sounds stupid but its just an idea.

No, it will not fit. Its probably a Performance Accesories BL too, which are junk. There have been cases of 3 inch body lifts punching through the cab floor.

Don't cut corners on parts that are as integral as body mounts. 4crawler is the way to go for both price and quality.

Anyone taken hockey pucks and drilled holes in them for a 1" body lift?

Some friends did it to get a little extra clearance for bigger tires on their CJ's a few years back, but haven't heard any stories outside of those guys.

If you want a deathtrap on wheels, have fun with that. If you want to do it right, buy a 4crawler 1"
