Default DieHard Platinum Group 65 Battery

05+ TACO Prerunner
Wanted to share my installation of a DieHard Platinum Group 65 AGM battery. Which many claim to be a private label Odyssey PC1750 made by EnerSys.
This is the largest AGM battery Sears sells with 48 month free replacement, then 52 month prorated warranty.

930 CCA / OEM Toyota 710 CCA
135 min reserve / OEM Toyota 165min reserve claimed(more like 70 minutes)
claimed weight 60lbs. / ACTUAL weight 53.5lbs / OEM Toyota Group 27F 49lbs.

At first, it appeared the positive battery cable to the fuse box & ground cable would need to be lengthened. Load and behold, such measures were not necessary. There are 2 ground locations on the right side of the battery. Just swap locations. Now, the ground for the fuse box (two white wires w/black stripe) will need more slack. Open the wire loom by removing the electrical tape. Pull until desired length is reached. Then using new electrical tape, re-seal wire loom. I also used 3/8" heat shrink tube on the newly exposed two white wires w/black stripe.

Install battery. The ground cable fits because a Group 65 battery is 1 3/8" shorter than a Group 27. I used an aluminum battery tie down & fabricated a rear hook(Home Depot). The front hook is OEM Toyota.

Any threads or pics of how to hold a battery down in a wheeled rig? I've got the same tension plate hold down and my battery moves around quite a bit.
