Been debating on chopping it in the spring....just not sure yet. Figure if I see a pic of it done on my truck it will give me the go ahead. lol

I photoshopped mine with a Makita, lot less bullshit to deal with- especially the background.

Use a cut off wheel you will have better results

I've done 6 bed bobs now, which have all been done on part with my truck and I've never had issues with the sawzall. It actually works better because it doesn't take out near as much material as a cut off wheel. You can get yourself into a world of hell with a cutoff wheel really quick if you're not careful.
Sheet metal is NOT something you can fill gaps on with weld.

It's a lot of hard work to get them clean/straight and not like the other 90% of the bed bobs floating around. To be honest, I've put too many hours into too many beds for free and I'm just not havin it anymore.
