    Hey Andy, I wanted to comment about living in San Antonio versus NorCal. I am from SoCal and lived in Davis and Sac for a few years. Been in San Antonio for 8 years and love it but to my surprise, 97% of the state is privately owned and harder to find places to wheel. You will pay to wheel on private ranches here. Look at hiddenfalls.org. The riverbottoms are all off-limits here - huge fines. Texas is awesome though. Houses are $100/ sq. ft.!!!!!!!
